The apartment at Catchpole Stays Treeview Retreat is absolutely lovely, with a cozy and comfortable feel. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are a bonus, providing extra space for a longer stay. I really appreciated the inclusion of bed linen and towels, making it convenient for me to pack light. The flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen were great for relaxing and cooking meals. The balcony with garden views was a delightful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the microwave in the apartment. It's just not my preferred way of cooking.

During my recent transit in Colchester, I had the opportunity to stay at Catchpole Stays Treeview Retreat. The location of this lovely 2 bed apartment near Colchester North Station and town centre was incredibly convenient for me. Since I was on a tight schedule, the fact that it was just 53 km from the nearest airport made my travel arrangements seamless. being only 39 km away from Chelmsford Train Station made it easy for me to explore other nearby attractions during my short stay.

While my overall experience at Catchpole Stays Treeview Retreat was satisfactory, there were a few minor issues. The flat could definitely do with some TLC, as the bathroom had a slight smell of dampness or lack of ventilation.

The main bathroom was out of order due to a leak. However, we were informed about this before our arrival and were offered alternative accommodation or a refund.
